Subject: Clarification on the Esplanade Cineplex Rattanatibet

To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to news on television and newspapers early this morning about the collapse of the still under construction Esplanade Cineplex Rattanatibet project, which is located on the Kae Rai intersection near Tesco Lotus Kae Rai Nonthaburi, Siam Future Development PLC would like to inform that the Company does not involve in the investment of the project.

The Company would like to clarify that the name of the project is only accidentally similar to that of our Esplanade Ratchadapisek shopping center.
