Subject: Usage of increased paid-up capital

With reference to the resolution of Shareholders' Extraordinary Meeting No. 1/2009 of Siam Future Development Public Company Limited on 17th June 2009, the Company increased registered capital from Baht 533,947,769 to Baht 1,047,089,351 and increased paid-up capital from Baht 513,147,913 to Baht 1,026,295,826 by allotment of 513,147,913 shares to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding at the ratio of 1 current share to 1 newly issued share at the price of Baht 1.20 per share with subscription and payment period from 13-17 July 2009, totaling Baht 615,777,496.

The Company would like to report the usage of increased paid-up capital as follows:
